Environmental

Parnell Brothers Demoltion takes its responsibility to the environment very serious and fully complies with all current legislation concerning all aspects of Environmental protection. Regular Site Inspections & Audits are completed by our Environmental Advisor and copies of the report kept in site Health & Safety Plan.

Parnell Brothers Demoltion endeavours to make a major contribution to reducing the amount of waste that goes to landfill sites and to maximize the amount of materials that can be recycled. One of our objectives is maintaining our 90% recycling rate (excluding asbestos waste).
All our sites are monitored to ensure all material resulting from demolition works is correctly segregated and stored in skips or stockpiled.

Waste Management Plans are used to minimise waste, from the production of building materials, surplus and wastage and use more waste as secondary aggregates. Reducing waste can save money, energy and resources and makes good business sense.

Regular Tool Box Talks and team safety briefs are carried out to ensure each operative is aware of his/her responsibilities with regards to the Environment and regular training is provided for all site personnel.
